A Special Exception will be located in a district where such use is permitted <br /> and all other requirements in this ordinance which are applicable to such <br /> Special Exception will be met. No problem. <br /> Motion to approve the Special Exception for J. Ward, l Moore Street,based on the <br /> findings one(1)thru six(6)were in a positive manner and a maximum of eight(8)cars <br /> allowed on lot at one time, was made by Mr. Mike Young, second by Mr. Don Barry. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> There being no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Jon Swisher, <br /> second by Mr.Don Barry.
