D <br /> MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY,JULY 11,2002 <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday,July 11,202 at 7:00 P.M. <br /> at the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> Members present were Don Barry,Jon Swisher,and Alan Kramer. Chris Crouch and <br /> Mike Young were absent. Town attorney Tim Curren was present. <br /> Motion to apprave the minutes for the June 13,2002 meeting was made by Dan Barry, <br /> second by Jan Swisher. Motion carried.3-0. <br /> The board waited until 7:25 P.M.for Mr. Holloway of Holloway&Associates to appear <br /> to present tbg special exception to a B-2 for Wayne Pace for mini warehouses behind his <br /> home on Monroe Street. Mr.Holloway did not appear so a motion was made by Jon <br /> Swisher,second by Don Barry to table the request to the August 8,2002 meeting. <br /> Motion carne 3-0. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board of Zoning Appeals at this time, <br /> motion was made by Jon Swisher,second by Don Barry to adjourn.the meeting.
