BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 1,3 2003 <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals met on Thursday, November 13; 2003 at 6:00 P.M. at the <br /> Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> Members present were: Jon Swisher, Chris Crouch, Mike Young and Don Barry. Alan Kramer <br /> was absent. Town Attorney was absent. <br /> Motion to approve the minutes for the September 11, 2003 meeting was made by Don Barry, <br /> second by Chris Crouch. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Motion to approve the minutes for the October 9, 2003 meeting was made by Don Barry, second <br /> by Mike Young. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> First on the agenda was Shirley Keller, 137 W. Washington Street, requesting a variance for a <br /> two family dwelling at 137 and 137 1/a W. Washington Street. She stated that there had been <br /> two dwellings on the property until a year ago and her son lived in the whole house for a year. <br /> She was told she would need a variance to rent the apartment since she had not rented the <br /> apartment for a year. <br /> There being no questions from the board or the audience, Mr. Swisher read the Facts of Findings <br /> • for Variance of Use, he asked for a motion to approve or disapprove the variance. <br /> Motion to approve the variance of use for 137 W. Washington Street was made by Mr. Barry, <br /> second by Mr. Crouch. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Next was Matt Littell, 6110 E Tuhune, Camby, IN, requesting a variance for setback for the 10' <br /> X 24' addition on his home, which will be a garage space. The 10-foot wide portion will extend <br /> approximately six inches over the six-foot setback rule. He needs the setback to be five foot six <br /> inches_ Mr. Barry asked if he had any drawings for the addition and Mr. Littell said he did. Mr. <br /> Barry stated the drawings would be part of the record. <br /> There being no more questions from the board or the audience Mr. Swisher read the Facts of <br /> Finding for variance from developmental standards and he asked for a motion to approve or <br /> disapprove the variance from development standards. <br /> Motion to approve the variance of setback from six feet to five feet six inches for property at <br /> 6110 E. Terhune Ct, Camby, lN was made by Mr. Crouch, second by Mr. Young. Motion <br /> carried 4-0. <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals will be December 11, 2003 at <br /> 6:00 P.M. at the Mooresville town Hall. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board of Appeals a motion to adjourn was <br /> made by Mr. Crouch, second by Mr. Young. Motion carried 4-0. <br />
