After reading the facts-of-finding from Developmental Standards Mr. <br /> Swisher asked for a motion to approve or deny the petition for a variance to <br /> build over the lot line. Motion was made to approve the Grace Missionary <br /> Church to build over the lot line on the property north of Allison Rd., was <br /> made by Charles McGuire, second by Don Barry. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Mr. Swisher appointed Mike Young and Charles McGuire to check the <br /> elevation for signage for Sherman Williams and Dairy Queen of Bridge <br /> Street. They will contact Mr. Beikman to go with them. <br /> There being no further business to come before the board a motion to <br /> adjourn was made by Don Barry, second by Charles McGuire.
