BOARD OF ZONING <br /> MINUTES <br /> 12-09-2010 <br /> The Town of Mooresville Board of Zoning and Appeals met on December 9, 2010 at <br /> The Mooresville Government Center at 4 E Harrison St. <br /> Members present were Chairman Neal Allman, members Mike Young and Ann Whaley. <br /> Town Attorney Tim Currens was also present. Alan Kramer was absent. <br /> The meeting was called to order, by Chairman Allman, at this time he, asked for <br /> questions or corrections on the minutes for the September 9, 2010 meeting. Mike Young <br /> motion to approve the minutes with the correction of the date in the first paragraph being <br /> May 13, 2010, should have been 09-09-2010; the motion was seconded by Ann Whaley. <br /> The motion carried 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> The first item on the agenda was a variance for 336 S. Indiana Street in Mooresville. The <br /> owner of the property Diane Hamm came forward to explain the variance. This property <br /> is zoned for business and they would like to have a variance for the renters of the <br /> property to live on the property. At this time there is a Tattoo business on the property. <br /> After the reading of the Findings of Facts by Chairman Allman a motion was made by <br /> Mike Young, seconded by Ann Whaley to accept the variance. The motion carried 3-0 <br /> with none opposed. <br /> With no other business a motion to adjourn was made of Ann Whaley seconded by Mike <br /> Young, motion carried 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> The next meeting will be January 13, 2011. <br /> Chairman: <br /> zv <br /> Secretary: <br />
