• Would be east of the septic field. Commissioner Bryant asked if lot 1 was Arvin Hopkins <br /> house, Mr. Holloway said no that it is not. Eric Strohmeyer 11476 N Bethel Road had a <br /> question about run off. Mr. Holloway explained that it would pumped up to the septic <br /> field. Mr. Strohmeyer had another question the set back of the building, Mr. Currens <br /> answer to the question was that Mooresville has building requirement and they would <br /> need to meet those requirements. Commissioner asked Mr. Beikman what the set back <br /> are. Mr. Beikman said that they are 40 foot front and back with 12 foot on each side. <br /> Vickie Halstead of Bethel Road asked where the access would be. Mr. Holloway said that <br /> it would be off of Bethel and that it would be a private drive. A motion to approve the <br /> Minor Plat with approval of the septic and road permit from the county,by <br /> Commissioner Brown seconded by Commissioner Logan. Motion carried 7-1 with <br /> Commissioner McGuire voting no. <br /> Mr. Holloway came back to the board with a 1 lot Minor Plat on the south side of <br /> Overpeck Road for Glen Gardner. Mr. Holloway explained that this 25 acres with <br /> an existing home. Mr. Gardner would like to divide this 25 acres to be able to sell the <br /> existing home. At this time Mr. Currens told the board that he would not be able to <br /> comment on this,because Mr. Gardner had come to him for advise before realizing it was <br /> in Mooresville Buffer Zone. Commissioner Bryant asked where the access would be, Mr. <br /> Holloway told him it would be off of Overpeck Road. Mr. Holloway also explained that <br /> it would be a shared drive, and also that there are existing easements. Mr. Beikman had a <br /> concern that the description should read lot 1 and lot 2 for identification purposes Mr. <br /> • Holloway said that they have tried to show the description by showing the balance of the <br /> parent parcel was. Commissioner Berwick asked if the land owned by Ashley now, was <br /> part of the parcel. Mr. Holloway said no it is not, it goes back to 1877. <br /> Allan Kinnett 736 E. Overpeck Road said that he has no problem with this plat. Mr. <br /> Kinnett said that he wanted to buy the property with the house for his grandson. <br /> Mr. Holloway said that he understood Mr. Beikmans concern and would redo it to a 2-lot <br /> Minor Plat. <br /> Commissioner Berwick motion to approve the plat as a 2-lot Minor Plat a second was <br /> made by Commissioner Mc Guire. The motion carried 8-0. <br /> Mr. Beikman said that there were 37 permits and 86 inspections since the last meeting. <br /> With no further business a motion to adjourn came from Commissioner Logan and <br /> second Commissioner Brown. The motion carried 8-0. <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be November 10, 2005 <br /> following the Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. <br />
