RESOLUTION 4_, 2003 <br /> 411 TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> DECLARATORY RESOLUTION Tp,O,LIZATIONSIAREA GNATION <br /> OF AN ECONOMIC REV I <br /> WHEREAS, the Town <br /> of Mooresville, Indiana (the "Town") has <br /> been requested by NuGenesis, Inc. (the "Applicant") to find <br /> IC 6-1 . 1-12 . 1-2 that the area described in Exhibit <br /> pursuant to within the <br /> "A" (the "Area") is an <br /> "Economic Revitalization Area" <br /> meaning of IC 6-1. 1-12 . 1-1 (1) ; <br /> has <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council (the "Council") the <br /> prepared <br /> (i) a simplified description of the boundaries of t <br /> Area by describing <br /> its location in relation to public ways, <br /> streams <br /> or otherwise or (ii) maps and plat that identify the <br /> Area, attached as Exhibit "A"; jurisdiction of the <br /> WHEREAS, the Area is located within the 7 ^2' <br /> Council for the purposes set forth in IC 6--1. 1-12 . 1 <br /> REAS, the Project will consist of Seven Hundred Twenty- <br /> WHE erty; <br /> Five Thousand Dollars ($725, 000 . 00) investment in real prop <br /> WHEREAS, the improvement of the Area described in the <br /> ill be of public utility and will be to the benefit <br /> Application will and, <br /> and welfare of all citizens and taxpayers of the Town; <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the Application; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based on the <br /> informa <br /> tion in the Application described in the project, the <br /> Council makes the following <br /> findings <br /> (1) The <br /> estimated value of the Redevelopment is reasonable <br /> for projects of this nature; <br />
