area will encourage further development of the business park <br /> within the Town of Mooresville, provide additional employment <br /> opportunity for residents of the Mooresville area and lead to <br /> rehabilitation of the designated area; and <br /> 8 . That the area designated herein as an Economic <br /> Revitalization Area is in need of economic development as this <br /> part of the Town of Mooresville consisting of over four (4) <br /> acres will benefit by the occupation of an existing building for <br /> light manufacturing or equipment disassembly which will add to <br /> property values within the area; and <br /> 9 . A significant number of residents of Mooresville are <br /> unable to obtain gainful employment and revitalization will <br /> assist residents of Mooresville to lead gainful and productive <br /> lives, thereby contributing to the quality of life and revenues <br /> of all levels of government; and <br /> 10 . That the Applicant has plans for the occupation of an <br /> existing building for light manufacturing or equipment <br /> disassembly. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Civil <br /> Town of Mooresville hereby confirms the following resolutions <br /> concerning the designation of the herein described real estate <br /> as an "Economic Revitalization Area", to-wit: <br /> 1 . The following described real estate in Morgan County, <br /> Indiana, shall be designated an "Economic Revitalization Area" : <br /> A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13 and a <br /> part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, all in <br /> Township 13 North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, <br /> Indiana. <br />
