N J <br /> 4' 2 RESOLUTION 2003 <br /> WHEREAS, a survey by John E. Drapalik dated October 3, 2001 <br /> • reflects an encroachment of twenty feet (20' ) into the Town <br /> right-of-way by the building located on Lot Number 7, Block 6 in <br /> Moore' s First Addition owned by Mayfield Real Estate, LLC. <br /> WHEREAS, the building encroachment has existed for several <br /> years and continues to exist without interference to the Town' s <br /> use of Madison Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, Mayfield Real Estate, LLC has requested the Town <br /> Council to approve, acknowledge and consent to the encroachment <br /> along with an extension of this encroachment by twenty feet <br /> (20' ) reflecting an expansion to the building. <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town Council for the Civil <br /> Town of Mooresville acknowledges and consents to the <br /> encroachment and additional encroachment of the building on Lot <br /> Number 7, Block in Moore' s First Addition into the right-of-way <br /> of Madison Avenue and acknowledges and approves the same . <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> (7= .. <br /> Troy B , ant <br /> Joh .
