ORDINANCE 1 L( , 2006 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING REAL PROPERTY <br /> CONTIGUOUS TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, a Petition requesting Annexation to the Town of <br /> Mooresville was filed for the real property described in the <br /> attached Exhibit "A" by its owners, Richard A. Jones and Janice <br /> Jones; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has proceeded to adopt a Fiscal Plan for <br /> serving this area; <br /> WHEREAS, proper notice and a public hearing had been held; <br /> WHEREAS, all of the requirements of IC 36-4-3-5 . 1 have been <br /> met as a prerequisite for the annexation of the real property <br /> described in the attached Exhibit "A"; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town of <br /> Mooresville through its Town Council that the real property <br /> described in the attached Exhibit "A" shall be annexed to the <br /> corporate boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville and that <br /> this will be recorded as an Annexation Ordinance, that voting <br /> districts will be requested pursuant to the Town' s voting maps . <br /> This Ordinance approved this day of December, 2006. <br />
