ORDINANCE If' 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 13, 2006 <br /> III "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF <br /> ELECTED OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, BOARD AND COMMISSION <br /> MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE" <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council for the Town of Mooresville is <br /> responsible for setting the compensation for its elected <br /> officials, officers, Board and Commission members and employees; <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 13, 2006 established the compensation to <br /> be paid to the Town employees and officials for the year 2007; <br /> WHEREAS, it becomes necessary from time to time to amend the <br /> compensation for Town employees; <br /> BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that Ordinance 13 <br /> 2006 shall be <br /> amended as follows : <br /> SECTION I . MOORESVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> In addition to the above salaries, Full-Time Communication <br /> Officers that work on the Second Shift shall receive an <br /> additional Twenty-Five Cents ($0 . 25) per hour and Full-Time <br /> Communication Officers that work on the Third Shift shall receive <br /> an additional Fifty Cents ($0. 50) per hour calculated on what <br /> their existing salary is on an hourly basis . <br /> All other Sections of Section I, Mooresville Police <br /> Department shall remain as written and all other Sections of <br /> Ordinance 13, 2006 not specifically amended shall remain as <br /> 0 written. <br /> "" This Ordinance shall become effective for the pay period <br /> starting after the date of adoption of this Amendment . <br />
