ORDINANCE 7 , 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br /> THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> 410 <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 22nd day of <br /> February, 2007 with notice given as required by the Town Zoning <br /> Ordinance upon the application of Samuel Lee Pugh and Julie A. <br /> Pugh for the rezoning of the real property described in the <br /> attached Exhibit "A"; <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to IC 36-7-4, the Mooresville Plan <br /> Commission made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville <br /> Town Council for said rezoning request from R--1 to R-2; <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent <br /> review of the matters pertaining to rezoning of the above <br /> described land at a public meeting held on the 6th day of March, <br /> 2007, find that the requested zoning classification is <br /> appropriate . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning <br /> classification of R-2 shall hereinafter apply to the above- <br /> described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, <br /> Indiana shall be amended to show and reflect said zoning for the <br /> real property described above effective as of the execution of <br /> 111 this Ordinance . <br /> Dated this 20th day of March, 2007 . <br />
