H. Local Alarms : A signaling system which, when <br /> activated, causes an audible and/or visual signaling device <br /> to be activated in or on the premises within which the <br /> 411 <br /> system is installed. <br /> I . Ordinance Violation Enforcement Proceeding: A <br /> legal proceeding instituted according to the provisions of <br /> IC 34-28-5. <br /> J.
