6-10 Filing of an Ordinance Violation <br /> Enforcement Proceeding or notice of a <br /> violation and notice of possible <br /> revocation or suspension of Permit <br /> 410 Above 10 Filing of an Ordinance Violation <br /> Enforcement Proceeding and notice of <br /> revocation or suspension of Permit and <br /> a mandatory inspection as listed in <br /> Paragraph V <br /> All suspensions shall be at the discretion of the Police <br /> Chief of the Town of Mooresville and reinstatement of Permits <br /> shall likewise be at the discretion of the Police Chief based <br /> upon evidence that the problems with the false reports have been <br /> cured. The failure to pay fines pursuant to this Section shall <br /> also likewise constitute grounds for revocation of the Permit <br /> granted pursuant to this Ordinance. In the event of a <br /> suspension the Police Chief shall give a written notice fifteen <br /> (15) days prior to the suspension and during the time period the <br /> alarm user shall be allowed to show what reasonable steps have <br /> been taken to eliminate or reduce the false alarms and if <br /> sufficient steps have been taken, the Police Chief shall delay <br /> the suspension of the Permit so long as no false alarms are <br /> reported within the next thirty (30) days . This shall not <br /> relieve the alarm user from the payment of any fees for false <br /> alarms or other responsibilities under this Ordinance and in the <br /> event of an additional false alarm within this time period the <br /> Police Chief shall review the Permit and make a determination of <br /> 10 <br />
