ORDINANCE /' , 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE TOWN COUNCIL AS THE <br /> STORM WATER FACILITY' S BOARD FOR THE <br /> CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, IC 8-1. 5-3-3 allows for control of utilities, by <br /> ordinance; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville' s Town Council is an <br /> appropriate body to act as the Board for Storm Water Facilities; <br /> BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that the Town of Mooresville' s Town <br /> Council shall act as a Utility Service Board of the Storm Water <br /> Facilities for the Town of Mooresville and all control of the <br /> Department of Storm Water Management shall be under the Town <br /> Council and all existing control shall be turned over to said <br /> Board in a timely fashion not later than thirty (30) days from <br /> the date of execution of this Ordinance. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> John .
