The Town shall make and enforce such rules <br /> 111 and regulations as deemed necessary to keep the Town in <br /> compliance with the Storm Water Requirements established by the <br /> State of Indiana and/or any Federal requirements. <br /> Section 6. The invalidity of any Section, clause, <br /> sentence or provision of this Ordinance shall not affect the <br /> validity of any other part of this Ordinance which can be given <br /> effect without such invalid part or parts . <br /> Section 7 . The rates and charges are herein set forth <br /> shall become effective on the first billing period occurring <br /> after the adoption of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 8 .
