MENMEmmili:—. <br /> ORDINANCE 12, 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A <br /> RAINY DAY FUND <br /> III <br /> WHERAS, the Town of Mooresville receives certain special <br /> income tax distributions through the County; <br /> WHEREAS, Indiana Code requires that the special income tax <br /> distributions be deposited in the `Rainy Day Fund"; <br /> BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the Town of <br /> Mooresville, by its Town Council, establishes a Rainy Day Fund <br /> for the Civil Town of Mooresville, said monies to be used for <br /> all lawful purposes that the Town of Mooresville can spend tax <br /> dollars for in its capacity as a municipality. <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDERED AND ORDAINED that said Fund shall be <br /> subject to the same appropriation process as other funds that <br /> receive tax monies are required to follow and shall have an <br /> effective date of June 1, 2007 . <br /> THIS ORDINANCE ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY OF JULY, 2007 . <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> John L.
