REZONING ORDINANCE 4 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN THE <br /> TOWN OF MOORESVILLE UPON THE APPLICATION OF <br /> SJULIE WARPENBURG <br /> WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the 28th day of June, <br /> 2007 by the Mooresville Plan Commission upon the application of <br /> Julie Warpenburg requesting a rezoning of the real property <br /> currently owned by ABBA & Associates, Inc. located at 7 W. High <br /> St. , Mooresville, Indiana, more particularly described in the <br /> attached Exhibit "A" from the classification of B-i to B-2 <br /> Business Classifications; <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Town of Mooresville <br /> recommended that the rezoning request be granted and that the <br /> property described in the attached Exhibit "A" be reclassified as <br /> a B-2 Business Classification and that the Mooresville Zoning <br /> Ordinance and Zoning Maps be modified to reflect this change; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification <br /> of B-2 Business District shall hereafter apply to the real <br /> property described in the attached Exhibit "A" and that the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the Town of Mooresville shall be amended to reflect <br /> said Zoning Ordinance change. <br /> APPROVED this 2-14 /4-day of/ i( 2 v;7 , 2007 . <br /> 111 <br />
