ORDINANCE Ir.- , 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING REAL PROPERTY <br /> IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL TO AN R-3 RESIDENTIAL <br /> WHEREAS, a Petition was filed with the Mooresville Plan <br /> Commission by the Town of Mooresville on the real property <br /> described as Lots Numbered 85, 86 and 87 in Brookmore <br /> Subdivision, a Subdivision to the Town of Mooresville as per Plat <br /> thereof recorded in Deed Record 142, Page 329 and amended in Deed <br /> Record 179, Page 142 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan <br /> County, Indiana with notice given as required by the Town of <br /> Mooresville Zoning Ordinance requesting a rezoning from R-1 <br /> Residential to R-3 Residential; <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission for the Town of Mooresville <br /> recommended approval of said rezoning to the Mooresville Town <br /> Council; <br /> WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council approved said rezoning <br /> from R-1 Residential to R-3 Residential District; <br /> IT IS NOW ORDAINED that the zoning classification of R-3 <br /> Residential District shall hereinafter apply and the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the Town of Mooresville shall be amended to show the <br /> real property described Lots Numbered 85, 86 and 87 in Brookmore <br /> Subdivision, a Subdivision to the Town of Mooresville as per Plat <br /> 41/1 thereof recorded in Deed Record 142, Page 329 and amended in Deed <br /> Record 179, Page 142 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan <br /> County, Indiana as R-3 Residential District . <br />
