SECTION V.UTILITY DEPARTMENT Paid from General Fund Annual Salary and/or Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary 410 and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Utility Dept. Supervisor $40, 000 . 22 Utility Dept. Employees 14 . 42 per hour Probationary Utility Employees 13 . 07 per hour After 6 months probationary employees shall receive a $0 . 50 per hour increase in their wages until a determination is made that they are no longer probationary employees and regular Utility Department Employee status is reached. Part-Time Utility Workers 10 . 93 per hour. In addition, Part-Time Utilities Workers shall receive an hourly increase of $0. 25 on their 1 year anniversary date up to a total of 8 years or $2 . 00 per hour increase. iFull-Time employees of the Utility Department shall receive as a benefit 11 . 5% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. An additional $0 . 50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a Category 8 Certification.
