() - 2-0.0 4" • <br /> BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Springhill Christian Ministries <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br /> THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 24th day of April, 2008, with notice given <br /> as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Springhill Christian <br /> Ministries, for the rezoning of the real property described on the attached EXHIBIT 'A'. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br /> request from Ag to B-2 with the following voluntary condition which will run with the land: <br /> No church or commercial structure will be erected on the land until <br /> the Indiana Southern Railroad and the Indiana Department of <br /> Transportation approves a commercial drive access to the property <br /> that meets the standards of both the railroad and the department of <br /> transportation. <br /> NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br /> matters pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the <br /> ill 20th day of May, 2008 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> 1110 <br /> 4,„ . <br />
