ORDINANCE 1/ , 2008 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br /> THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE' S <br /> ORDINANCE VIOLATION BUREAU <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council for the Civil Town of Mooresville <br /> is responsible for creating Ordinances providing for the health <br /> and safety for the residents of the Town of Mooresville; <br /> WHEREAS, these cases are filed in and hearings are held by <br /> the Mooresville Town Court; <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance Violations should be filed, hearings <br /> held and violations assessed through the Mooresville Town Court; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the Town Council for the Civil Town of <br /> Mooresville creates the Town of Mooresville Ordinance Violation <br /> Bureau as follows : <br /> 1 . That the Town Court shall hereafter be established as <br /> the Ordinance Violation Bureau for the Town of Mooresville and <br /> responsible for hearing all cases involving Ordinance Violations <br /> and collecting all fines for violations of Ordinances within the <br /> Town of Mooresville and further shall collect these monies and <br /> turn them over to the Town of Mooresville' s Clerk/Treasurer' s <br /> • Office for deposit in the Town' s General Fund. <br /> 2 . That any monies under Ordinance Violations that are <br /> required to go to other funds within the Town of Mooresville <br /> shall be distributed by the Clerk/Treasurer after receipt from <br /> S <br />
