MOR6c l <br /> LULN t L UK1t: <br /> KAREN BRUME�T JAI j, <br /> JJ^ <br /> I 0081 996 Page _,. :::f <br /> )7 \ ORDINANCE r 2008 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 6, 2007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING REAL PROPERTY <br /> CONTIGUOUS TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION DUE TO SCRIVENER ERROR <br /> WHEREAS, a Petition requesting Annexation to the Town of <br /> Mooresville was filed for the real property described in the <br /> attached Exhibit "A" by its owners, Meadow Lake of Mooresville, <br /> LLC; <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description provided through the prior <br /> owner, Marthena Smith was incorrect containing certain property <br /> not owned by Meadow Lake of Mooresville, LLC or Marthena Smith; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has proceed to adopt a Fiscal Plan for <br /> serving this area and gave proper notice and the public hearing <br /> was held which described the real property• that should have been <br /> annexed and some additional property; <br /> WHEREAS, all the requirements of IC 36-4-3-5 . 1 have been <br /> met as a prerequisite for the annexation of the real property <br /> described in the attached Exhibit "A"; <br /> WHEREAS, due to the scrivener' s error the correct legal <br /> description which is now attached as Exhibit "B" should be the <br /> property annexed by the Town. of Mooresville; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town of <br /> Mooresville through its Town Council that the real property <br /> 0 described in the attached Exhibit "A" shall be annexed to the <br />
