0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 11/ - 2_0(47 <br /> BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Jack Ward <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING WNOF WITIN INDIANA <br /> THE JURISDICTION OF THE <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 13th day of November, 2008, with notice <br /> given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Jack Ward, for <br /> the rezoning of the real property described on the attached EXHIBIT 'A'. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br /> made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br /> request from B-2 to B-3. <br /> NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the <br /> matters pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the <br /> 16th day of December, 2008 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of B-3 shall <br /> hereinafter apply to the above described real property and the Zoning Ordinance of <br /> Mooresville, Indiana shall be amended to show and reflect said zoning for the real <br /> property described above effective as of the execution of this Ordinance. <br />
