K / • <br /> RESOLUTION 1, 2008 <br /> Iii RESOLUTION CONFIRMING INTENT TO GRANT CARTER-LEE BUILDING <br /> COMPONENTS ABATEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, The Town of Mooresville granted a Tax Abatement to <br /> LN Real Estate LLC concerning the real property commonly known <br /> as Lot 4 Krivoshia/Butler plat consisting of approximately <br /> 23 . 615 acres, pursuant to a Confirmatory Resolution dated August <br /> 7, 2001 . <br /> WHEREAS, LN Real Estate LLC had failed to file the <br /> appropriate documentation to obtain the Abatement for the years <br /> 2006 and 2007 . <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Town of Mooresville to <br /> allow the Abatement as granted to continue and wishes to confirm <br /> the intent that the Abatement for the year 2007 payable in 2008 <br /> should be granted by the Morgan County Auditor and Assessor. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Town of <br /> Mooresville by its Town Council confirms the original Abatement <br /> granted in its Confirmatory Resolution 3, 2001 to Carter-Lee <br /> Lumber Company, Inc. (LN Real Estate LLC) Parcel #55-05-13-300- <br /> 0 001-001-005 . <br /> IIM It is the purpose of this Resolution to confirm the <br /> original intent of the Confirmatory Resolution 3, 2001, despite <br /> the missed filing deadline. <br /> This Resolution APPROVED this 2nd day of January, 2008 . <br />
