411 ORDINANCE 4; 2009 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE NEW <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND CORRIDOR PLAN <br /> FOR THE <br /> CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> WHEREAS , the Town Council has received a recommendation <br /> from the Mooresville Plan Commission, after a public hearing <br /> held by the Plan Commission, recommending the approval of the <br /> new Town Comprehensive Plan and Corridor Plan; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Council has had an opportunity to review <br /> both the new Comprehensive Plan and Corridor Plan for the Town <br /> of Mooresville including the Future Land Use Maps provided; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Mooresville now approves the <br /> new Comprehensive Plan attached hereto along with the new <br /> Corridor Plan attached hereto and further approves the <br /> termination of the prior existing Comprehensive Plan upon the <br /> acceptance of this new Comprehensive Plan and Corridor Plan. <br /> APPROVED this 15th day of September, 2009 . <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> t <br /> John L C ark <br /> J fre M. <br />
