Park Security II 10 . 75 per hour Aerobics Instructor 21 . 50 per hour Assistant Aerobics Instructor 16 . 50 per hour The Park Superintendent shall not be paid overtime so long as the requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act provide for making this an exempt position. The Park Superintendent shall receive compensatory time off for time worked in excess of 40 hours where they are exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act at the rate of 11A to 1, 11/ hours off for every 1 hour worked. Overtime for Park & Recreation District employees shall be granted to the Director of Aquatics and Recreation, Office Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Coordinator exempting seasonal workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act that would qualify for this exemption. Employees that are not exempt shall be entitled to overtime as defined by the Town' s overtime policy. For every 1 hour in excess of 40 hours a week worked, the aforementioned employees shall be paid 11/ hours wages . Full-Time employees shall receive a benefit of 11 . 25% of their salary paid by the Town to PERF. SECTION X. BUILDING INSPECTOR The Building Official shall receive a salary of $105 . 00 plus 18% of all fees collected payable every 2 weeks . For inspections, the Building Inspector shall receive $25 . 00 per inspection payable every 2 weeks . All Building Permits and Inspection Fees shall be pursuant to Town Ordinance as existing at that time . SECTION XI . OVERTIME All employees of the Town that are not elected officials and not excluded as supervisors shall receive overtime compensation. Overtime shall be defined as hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. Overtime compensation shall be paid at the rate of 1% hours of wages for every 1 hour in excess of 40 hours of work per week. These provisions shall not apply to the Police Chief and the Assistant Police Chief and the Fire Chief where comp time is granted to these officers so long as the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act provisions are met . Mileage will be paid at $0 . 485 per mile driven by designated employees for Town business only.
