RATE CHANGE AGREEMENT <br /> KEYSTONE SOFTWARE SYSTEMS <br /> This agreement between Town of Mooresville(Client) and Keystone <br /> Software Systems (Company) is for the purpose of allowing the company to <br /> change the existing Key-Billing Utility-rate database(s), based on an ordinance or <br /> letter from the Clerk Treasurer or Board stating the new rate amounts. <br /> It is understood that any changes needed to any calculation formulas not <br /> specifically mentioned in the Letter or Ordinance will be submitted to the <br /> company in a written document, signed by the Client. <br /> It is the Client's responsibility to check and verify all calculations, including all <br /> rate steps and minimum/base charges for all services as stated in the <br /> ordinances. This verification is to be completed prior to printing the first billing <br /> after a rate change.
