FISCAL PLAN FOR SERVING J & J COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS, INC. <br /> PURSUANT TO PETITION FOR ANNEXATION FILED BY PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> The Town of Mooresville having reviewed the Petition for <br /> Annexation filed by J & J Commercial Investments, Inc. , the <br /> owners of the real property described in the attached Exhibit <br /> "A" , now finds the following: <br /> 1 . That the property is contiguous to the Civil Town of <br /> Mooresville. <br /> 2 . The Mooresville Police Department, based upon <br /> geographic service area, estimates its cost for serving the <br /> additional geographic area at $3, 030 . 00 per year. The <br /> Mooresville Fire Department, based upon geographic service area, <br /> estimates its cost for serving the additional geographic area at <br /> $2, 144 . 00 per year. Each of the above numbers are based upon <br /> the total geographic service area and the number of acres being <br /> added. As structures are placed and additional people on site <br /> the numbers could be increased. <br /> 3 . The sanitary sewer service would be available to this <br /> property without additional cost to the Town of Mooresville for <br /> adding employees of infrastructures, however, the sewer line <br /> would have to be extended at the developer' s expense to this <br /> property. <br /> 4 . The Town of Mooresville Park and Recreation District <br /> will provide services without any significant additional cost to <br />
