ORDINANCE , 2012 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING REAL PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO <br /> THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> WHEREAS, a Petition for Annexation to the Town of <br /> • Mooresville ( "Town" ) was filed by J & J Commercial Investments, <br /> Inc . on March 27 , 2012 for the real property described in the <br /> attached Exhibit "A" ; <br /> WHEREAS, the Town proceeded to adopt a Fiscal Plan for the <br /> property described in the attached Exhibit "A" ; <br /> WHEREAS, proper notice was given and the public hearing has <br /> been held; <br /> WHEREAS, all of the requirements of IC 36-4-3-5 . 1 have been <br /> met as a pre-requisite for the annexation of the real property <br /> described in the attached Exhibit "A" ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town of <br /> Mooresville through its Town Council that the real property <br /> described in the attached Exhibit "A" shall be annexed to the <br /> corporate boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville and that <br /> this will be recorded as an Annexation Ordinance and that voting <br /> districts will be requested pursuant to the Town' s voting maps . <br /> This Ordinance approved this /25 day of !l4C1, <br /> 2012 . <br />
