PETITION FOR ANNEXATION <br /> Comes now Lee Michael Werking, the owner of the real <br /> property described in the attached Exhibit "A" , and, pursuant to <br /> IC 36-4-3-5 . 1, petitions the Mooresville Town Council for <br /> 0 annexation into the Civil Town of Mooresville and requests an <br /> Ordinance annexing the real property described in Exhibit "A" to <br /> be approved.
