III <br /> ORDINANCE 4 , 2012 <br /> A SECOND ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 12, 2011 <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF <br /> ELECTED OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, BOARD AND COMMISSION <br /> MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> AllWHEREAS, the Town Council for the Town of Mooresville is <br /> responsible for setting the compensation for its elected <br /> officials, officers, Board and Commission members and employees <br /> pursuant to IC 35-5-3-2; <br /> WHEREAS, changes in the compensation are necessary from time <br /> to time where new positions are created; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that the following <br /> Second Amendment to Ordinance 12, 2011 is approved and only <br /> amends those items specifically set out below and has no effect <br /> as to Ordinance 1, 2012 which shall remain in full force and <br /> effect as follows: <br /> SECTION VI . STORMWATER DEPARTMENT <br /> A part-time position of Compliance Assistant is created with a <br /> probationary period of $11. 32 per hour and after 3 months the <br /> position shall be paid at the rate of $12 . 50 per hour.
