Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> October 10th, 2013 <br /> Members Present: Perry King, Mike Young, Alan Kramer, Neal <br /> Allman and town attorney Tim Currens <br /> Neal Allman called the meeting to order. A motion was made to <br /> approve the previous meeting minutes, motion was seconded and <br /> passed. <br /> A variance request was presented for Mildred Spoon at 841 <br /> Edgewood Dr. Ms. Spoon is asking to attach a carport to her home, <br /> ( reducing the 40 foot line to a 20 foot line. Neal Allman clarified that <br /> there was no existing garage, Mike Young asked if the carport could <br /> ever be enclosed, Tim Currens said yes it could, if it met all other <br /> building requirements. Neal Allman read the facts of findings, then <br /> called for a motion. A motion was made to allow the variance, motion <br /> was seconded and carrier 4-0. <br /> A motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed <br /> hairman <br /> ate. /'j-, u <br /> Secretary <br />
