Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> December 12th, 2013 <br /> Members present: Perry King, Alan Kramer, Neal Allman, the town attorney Tim <br /> Currens was absent. M P1 - T o I y <br /> Neal Allman called the meeting to order, Alan Kramer made a motion to approve <br /> the previous minutes, it was seconded and passed. <br /> A sign variance for Reynolds farm was presented. The variance is for an additional <br /> sign above the allotted amount. Mike Young questioned if the new sign was to <br /> advertise new merchandise, yes an irrigation system, the new sign would be wider <br /> but shorter than existing sign. Neal Allman clarified that the sign would exceed the <br /> allotted amount of signs, not the allotted amount of square footage for signs, yes. <br /> Neal Allman called for questions, none were asked he then read the facts of <br /> findings. Mike Young made a motion to accept, the motion was seconded and <br /> carried. <br /> Neal Allman called for a motion to accept the previous facts of findings, Mike <br /> Young made a motion to approve as typed, Alan Kramer seconded, motion passed. <br /> No new business was introduced, a motion was made to adjourn, it was seconded <br /> and passed unanimously. <br /> /At., p, 4 /44,,,, <br /> Chairman <br /> tee+%, �,, F ;r 7 <br /> 7ei <br /> �' �), ,fi ,r / <br /> ecretary <br />
