Re: <br /> <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />First Christian Church <br />525 North Indiana <br /> <br /> This matter came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals <br />on February 17, 1988, at the regularly scheduled meeting date and <br />time. The petition requested a variance from the development <br />standards as to the front yard set-back from sixty (60) feet to <br />fifty-five and one-half (55½) feet. <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard evidence <br />on the above captioned petition now makes the following findings <br />of fact pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-9-18.5: <br /> <br /> (1) The Board found that the approval would not be injurious <br />to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the <br />community in that the set-back was consistent with those in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br /> (2) That the use and value of the area adjacent <br /> <br />included in the variance would not be affected in a <br />adverse manner since this set-back would be consistent with those <br />other set-back in the neighborhood. <br /> <br /> (3) That the strict application of the terms of the zoning <br />ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of <br />the property since other structures in the area had similar <br />set-backs consistent with this. <br /> <br />warr~h ~ran~fl~n[-S~r~tary <br />Dated: March~]/f , 1988 <br /> <br />~teve Oschman, Chairman <br /> <br />to the property <br />substantially <br /> <br /> <br />
