Town of Mooresviile has previously adopted its <Øning ordinance <br /> <br />provided for the Mooresville Plan Commission acting in an advisory capacity to hear and <br /> <br />recommend zoning classifications for various districts within the Town of Mooresvi11e; <br /> <br />and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS. pursuant to said authority, the Mooresviile Plan Commission did, on <br /> <br />August 24, 2000, pUniuant to due notice as by law required, hold a hearing upon the <br />application of As5OCi8\eð Animal Clinic of Indiana, Inc.. who requested a change in <br />zoning from Ag. to B-2, and hearing was held. and said Mooresville Board of Zoning <br /> <br />Appeals did recommend said rezoning. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classifications of Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville aod the zoning map of the Town of Mooresville shall be amended so as to <br /> <br />change the classification of zoning from Ag. to B-2 for the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 9. Township 13 North. Range 2 East. Morgan County, Indiana, <br />described as folloWs: Commencing at an engraved stone which marks <br />the southwest quarter of the above captioned West Half; thence North no <br />degrees 21 minutes 59 seconds East (assumed bearing) with the west <br />line of the WB$t Half 747.25 feet to a point on the centertine of State <br />Road Number 144; thence South 60 degrees 49 minutes 03 seconds <br />East with said centertine 269.16 feet to a survey nail and the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence continuing SoIJth 60 <br />degrees 49 minutes 03 seconds East with said centertlne 239.60 feet to a <br />
