<br />.. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ~, 2000 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 15, 1982 <br />AND ORDINANCE 9, 1984 WHICH IS AN ORDINANCE <br />PROVIDING FOR THE INSPECTION, REPAIR OR REMOVAL <br />OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS WITHIN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority vested in the Town <br /> <br />Council for the Town of Mooresville to establish reasonable <br /> <br />regulations for the inspection, repair or removal of unsafe <br /> <br />buildings pursuant to IC 36-7-9; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council, by Ordinance, shall appoint a <br /> <br />hearing officer for its Ordinance regulating buildings pursuant <br /> <br />to IC 36-7-9; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council for the civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, amends Section 2 of Ordinance 15, 1982 and Ordinance <br /> <br />9, 1984 as follows: <br /> <br />Section I <br /> <br />Pursuant to IC 36-7-9-3 the Town Court Judge shall act as <br /> <br />the hearing authority pursuant to IC 36-7-9-2. <br /> <br />Section II <br /> <br />That this Amendment to Ordinance 15, 1982 shall in no way <br /> <br />repeal any other provision of said Ordinance and does replace <br /> <br />Ordinance 9, 1984. <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions set out in Ordinance 15, 1982 <br /> <br />not specifically amended by this Ordinance shall remain in full <br /> <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br />~ <br />
