DEED OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> <br /> This indenture witnesseth, that Grandview Associates, L.P., an Indiana limited partnership, <br />("Grantor"), does hereby grant, set over and dedicate to the Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br />County, Indiana, ("Grantee"), its successors and assigns: (a) all streets and rights-of-way <br />identified as such on the Plats (as below defined) including without limitation, curbs and sidewalks <br />located therein; and (b) all sanitary and storm sewer lines located in, on or under the Subdivision <br />(as below defined).
