purchase by Thermocore from the owners of Flagstaff Business Park, Lot 4 in said business park <br />located in the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana and subject to the purchasing entity <br />complying with the requirements stated in the Statement of Benefits filed; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, to-wit: <br /> <br /> 1. The property described in the attached Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof, has failed to develop normally and has become undesirable for normal <br />development due to the specific nature of the interior construction of the building and limited <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br /> 2. The property is located in a Tax Increment Finance Allocation Area which is subject <br />to the approval of the Redevelopment Commission of the Civil Town of Mooresville on the <br />application filed within this area requesting the tax abatement. <br /> <br /> 3. The Town Council shall file with the County Assessor a copy of this Resolution <br />including the legal description contained in the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 4. The Town Council shall publish a notice of the adoption of this Declaratory <br />Resolution and set a date to hear all remonstrances and objections from interested persons <br />concerning this Declaratory Resolution. <br /> <br /> 5. That the Town Council will hold a hearing on the declaration of the Economic <br />Revitalization Area to take final action to determine whether the qualifications for an Economic <br />Revitalization Area have been met, all after public notice has been given and copies filed with <br />the Morgan County Assessor. <br /> <br /> This Resolution passed this 15th day of February, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
