<br />j ,~-'- <br /> <br />\0f <br /> <br />"-- <br /> <br />Boo~pag9 5~1 <br /> <br />)..0000351 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1 <br /> <br />,1999 <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS <br />TERRITORY TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana is adjacent to the <br /> <br />real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" and meets the necessary aggregate external <br /> <br />boundaries that coincide with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville's for statutory <br /> <br />annexation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A", the <br /> <br />R, Conduitt Family Limited Partnership by Mildred I. Fields and the George H. Fields Family <br /> <br />Limited Partnership by George H. Fields, have requested a voluntary annexation to the Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution approving a Fiscal <br /> <br />Plan establishing a policy for providing services to the area described in the attached Exhibit <br /> <br />"A"; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That the real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" is hereby annexed and <br /> <br />declared a part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana pursuant to the written request for <br /> <br />annexation by the property owners. <br />
