<br />r ío~ <br /> <br />9916666 <br /> <br />Book.i:3..PaJ; 803 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.l..!i, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />ZONING CERTAIN TERRITORY <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town council of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, has adopted a Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance for the Town that includes a map showing the zone classification assigned to land within the <br /> <br />Town boundaries; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been filed by Tim Dunbar for the Town of Mooresville to rezone <br /> <br />certain real estate owned by Lowell Haltom, The property location of this real estate is Lot 46 of <br /> <br />Reagan's Addition.
