REMESTER & JULIA A. REMESTER <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 26th day of March, 1998, with notice <br />given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of James L. <br />Remester and Julia A. Remester for the rezoning of the real property described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 1 <br />East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at an iron spike, found, which marks the northwest comer of the above captioned East Half; thence South no <br />degrees 12 minutes 19 seconds East, with the west line 01 said East Half and in Indianapolis Road, 1099.35 feet to the <br />Point 01 Beginning of the parcel herein described; thence continuing South no degrees 12 minutes 19 seconds East, with <br />said West line and Indianapolis Road. 265.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds East <br />330.00 leetto an iron pin; thence North no degrees 12 minutes 19 seconds West 265.00 leet to an iron pin; thence South <br />89 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds West 330.00 leet to the Point 01 Beginning <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission <br />made a favorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning <br />request from Agricultural (AG) district to R1 (a) district, Residential Single Family; <br /> <br />HOWEVER, the Mooresville Town Council after diligent review of the matters <br />pertaining to rezoning of the above describe land at a public meeting held on the 21st day of <br />April, 1998 find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of <br />R1 (a), Residential Single Family, shall hereinafter apply to the above described real <br />property and the Zoning Ordinance of Mooresville, Indiana shall be amended to show and <br />-- <br />reflect said zoning for the real property described above effective as of the execution of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />Cb <br /> <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />- ~ <br /> <br />d=rk-Treasu r <br /> <br />THIS INSTRUMENT PREPARED 8Y HOLLOWAY ASSOCIATES, p.c. <br /> <br />tþ~~ ~ <br />a\ .:3(()~. 7i .,. <br />yf~11~ <br /> <br />MORGAN COUNTY ïiCØ\OER <br />
