REMESTER & JULIA A. REMESTER <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WITHIN <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 26th day of March, 1998, with notice <br />given as required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of James L. <br />Remester and Julia A.
