<br />r <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />...... <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />ORDINANCE I <br /> <br />p <br />,1998 <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS <br />TERRITORY TO TIlE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORFSVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana is adjacent to the <br /> <br />real property described in the attached Exhibit "A" and meets the necessary aggregate external <br /> <br />boundaries that coincide with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville for statutory <br /> <br />annexation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution approving a Fiscal <br /> <br />Plan establishing policy for providing services to the annexed area; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />1 <br />Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />That the following described land be, and the same is hereby annexed and declared a part <br /> <br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit the real property owned by Daryl Lewis at <br /> <br />806 Johnson Rd. mc::e particularly described in the attached Exhibit" A" which is attached <br /> <br />hereto and made a part hereof. That this annexation is being made pursuant to the written <br /> <br />request of the land owner. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Be it further ordained, that the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be and <br /> <br />the same are, hereby declaroo to be extended so as to include all of the real estate described in <br /> <br />the attached Exhibit "A" as a part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br />
