<br />~. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />9811516 <br /> <br />Book/.53 Page.~ 5BB <br /> <br />ORDINANCE L, 1998 <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORFSVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana is adjacent to the <br /> <br />real property described in the attached Exhibit . A· and meets the necessary aggregate external <br /> <br />boundaries that coincide with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville for statutory <br /> <br />annexation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution approving a Fiscal <br /> <br />Plan establishing policy for providing services to the annexed area; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That the following described land be, and the same is hereby annexed and declared a part <br /> <br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit the real property owned by Thomas P. <br /> <br />Weliever, Willis E. Yeager Trustee of Testamentary Trust Created Under Last Will and <br /> <br />Testament of Sophia Y. Duncan and W. P. Wingler Parts 1,2 and 3 more particularly described <br /> <br />in the attached Exhibit 00 A 00 which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. That this <br /> <br />annexation is being made pursuant to the written request of the land owners. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Be it further ordained, that the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be and <br /> <br />the same are, hereby declared to be extended so as to include all of the real estate described in <br />
