<br />!\~~I <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />9819060 <br /> <br />Book\ SS"Pagê. 496 . <br /> <br />ORDINANCE n , 1998 <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana is adjacent to the <br /> <br />real property described in the attached Exhibit" A" and meets the necessary aggregate external <br /> <br />boundaries that coincide with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville for statutory <br /> <br />annexation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Civil Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution approving a Fiscal <br /> <br />Plan establishing policy for providing services to the annexed area; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />That the following described real property (Exhibit" A"), is hereby annexed and declared <br /> <br />a part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, all of which is more particularly described in <br /> <br />the attached Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. This annexation is <br /> <br />being made pursuant to the installation of sanitary sewer lines in the Brookmore Subdivision area <br /> <br />and adjoining areas along with a written request from the owners of the Butler property. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />Be it further ordained, that the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be and <br /> <br />the same are, hereby declared to be extended to as to include all of the real estate described in <br /> <br />the attached Exhibit" A' as a part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br />
