<br />FISCAL PLA:\T FOR ANNEXATION OF THE REAL PROPERTY <br />DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE j 1 , 1998 <br /> <br />General Statement <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />It is the intent of this Plan to provide serviees to the areas being annexed that are similar <br /> <br />and equal to services provided to all other areas eurrently within the limits of the Civil Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville. Police, fire and street services shall be extended to the properties annexed along <br /> <br />with sanitary sewers as soon as the eonstruetion is eompleted. Funding for the construction and <br /> <br />drawings are in place. It is unknown whether or not additional personnel will be necessary from <br /> <br />the police, fire or street department, however, services will be extended and provided. Road <br /> <br />construction will take place after the installation of the sanitary sewers. The conneetion fees will <br /> <br />be responsibility of the homeowners. the sewer extension is being financed through State grants <br /> <br />and the road repairs through the Morgan County Highway Department. Water is being provided <br /> <br />through a private utility all of which should enrich the area and relieve some existing health <br /> <br />hanrcls to provide a better quality of life. <br /> <br />~ <br />
