Peoples, the owner of the rea1 property described in the attached <br /> <br />Exhibit "A", and acknowledges her request to hook on to tbe Town of Mooresville's Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer lines. In exchange for and in consideration of this approval she agrees and consents to <br /> <br />annexation to the Civil Town of Mooresvi11e and waives any right to remonstrate against the <br /> <br />annexation. This Agreement shall bind her successors and assigns in title. It shall be the <br /> <br />responsibility of Kathy L.
