<br />DEED OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> <br />This Indenture Witnesseth, that North Indiana Street, Inc., an Indiana corporation, <br /> <br />'--' <br /> <br />("Grantor"), does hereby grant, set over and dedicate to the Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana, ("Grantee"), its successors and assigns: <br /> <br />(a) all streets and rights-of-way identified as such on the Plat (as below defined) <br /> <br />including without limitation, curbs and sidewalks located therein; and, <br /> <br />(b) all sanitary and storm sewer lines located in, on or under the subdivision (as <br /> <br />below defined).
