<br />'!l <br />~ <br />~ <br /> <br />9818537 <br /> <br />Book ISSlJage 416' <br /> <br />DEED OF DEDIC A nON FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> <br />This Indenture Witnesseth, that North Indiana Street, Inc., an Indiana corporation, <br /> <br />~ ("Grantor"), does hereby grant, set over and dedicate to the Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana, ("Grantee"), its successors and assigns: <br /> <br />(a) all streets and rights-of-way identified as such on the Plat (as below defined) <br /> <br />including without limitation, curbs and sidewalks located therein; and, <br /> <br />(b) all sanitary and storm sewer lines located in, on or under the subdivision (as <br /> <br />below defined). The property conveyed hereby is referred to as the "Property". <br /> <br />"Subdivision" shall mean that certain real estate described in the Plat of Pioneer Country <br /> <br />Estates recorded in Deed Record Book 387, Page 289 in the Office of the Recorder of Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana recorded as Instrument No. 9606507 the 16th day of May, 1996. <br /> <br />As evidenced by Grantee's signature hereon, Grantee hereby accepts the dedication and <br /> <br />transfer of the Property and Grantee shall hereinafter supervise, maintain and control the <br /> <br />Property subject only to any Maintenance Bond provided by Grantor. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor hereby executes this Deed of Dedication for Public <br />Use this :2.-1 A.J day of October, 1998. <br /> <br />NORTH INDIANA STREET, INC. <br /> <br />~ <br />.
