INDIANA A Petition to Vacate part of a public right-of-way in Mooresville, Indiana, having been filed by Thomas L. Frechette, Deborah M. Frechette and Hovey M. Glidden on the" Ii if:::- day of August, 1996, proper publication of Notice to adjoining property owners having been given by the Petitioners, a meeting of the Morgan County Commissioners having been held in Morgan County Courthouse on August 19,1996, and the Morgan County Commissioners having been duly advised in the premises, upon a motion duly made, seconded and carried by a vote of 3 in favor and ¿J opposed, GRANTED the vacation of the public right-of-way described in the attached Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and vacated the public right-of-way into one-half (1/2) to Thomas L. Frechette and Deborah M, Frechette and one-half (1/2) to Hovey M. Glidden. BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the County Commissioners of Morgan County, Indiana, on the 19th day of August, 1996, that the public right-of-way described in the attached Exhibit "A" is vacated and said public right-of-way shall become and be a part of the property of the two (2) respective petitioners with each to take the one-half (1/2) adjoining their existing lot with the vacated are to be divided into equal parcels, the legal description being more specifically described in the attached Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part" hereof. The owner of Lot 3S shall receive one-half (1/2) of said vacated right-of-way which ~ adjoins Lot 3S with the dimensions being 2S' x 312.6' back to the place of beginning and a strip of the same dimensions adjoining Lot 36 shall go to the owner of Lot 36.
